Our design services are tailored to your specific project scope. Typically, our fees include a design component, a furnishings investment, and design implementation. After your initial consultation, we provide a detailed scope of work outlining the work we believe needs to be done to give you impeccable results, the investment required, and the steps to move forward. Please note that our studio does have minimum project fees, which reflect the level of personalized attention, craftsmanship, and luxury service we provide. This ensures every project receives the care and expertise it deserves.

We do not pass along our trade “discounts”. It’s not a discount. It’s the price. This pricing is part of the value and expertise we bring to each project. They allow us to manage the full design process — from sourcing and procurement to quality control, installation, and follow-up — while ensuring every item aligns perfectly with the design vision.

Our pricing reflects the time, expertise, and relationships we’ve built with trusted vendors and artisans over the years. Our business had to apply for these accounts and be qualified for them. These accounts are not free for us to have. There are opening order requirements, order minimums, annual spending requirements, freight fees, claims, sample book expenses, meetings with reps, procurement and follow-up, and visits to various markets.

We believe in delivering a seamless, elevated experience rather than focusing on discounts. Our clients hire us for our design expertise, creativity, and ability to curate spaces that feel intentional, luxurious, and uniquely theirs — not for access to lower pricing.

Timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Full-service interior design projects typically take several months from concept to completion, and we provide a clear, personalized schedule at the start so you know what to expect at each phase.

When existing furnishings or artwork are cohesive with the new design, of high quality, and in excellent condition, we’re happy to incorporate them.
