At Shades of Gray Design Studio, we are fully aware of and understand that everyone who seeks design help for their home does not need full service design.
Either your particular design needs don’t require full service interior design, or you don’t yet have the money needed to realistically invest in your home to get what you truly want. We so get it!
Enter Designer By Your Side. This is a service we offer to people who fit into these categories. We know how stressful it can be to remodel or renovate your home. There are a million decisions to be made and if you don’t get it right, it can cost you a ton of money so you need a professional interior designer by your side every step of the way.
We will help you narrow down your choices and reduce overwhelm. Because everything is beautiful right? Does this finish go with this color? Is this pattern too bold and busy for this space? How do you choose?
You’re already panicking aren’t you? I can feel it. But don’t worry, because we’ve got you.
Designer By Your Side is a block of 20 hours that you purchase and can use this time any way you want within 90 days of purchase and signing of contract. We will keep track of all the time spent on your project until you have no more remaining hours to use. Easy-peasy right?
This is the perfect option if you want to purchase strictly retail and don’t need project management (if your project is more involved and requires project management from start to finish, we recommend our Full Service Interior Design). Do you need help shopping for the perfect sofa or accent chair? Perhaps you know what you like for your guest bedroom but need a little help pulling it all together. Whatever design help you need, we've got you covered for up to 20 hours.
Believe us when we tell you, 20 hours seems like a lot but in reality it goes by super quick! Most people don’t realize how many decisions need to be made and underestimate the amount of help they really need in their project. In fact, once they come to this realization they end up purchasing more hours in order to get the project done right.
Designer By Your Side may include assistance with:
Floor plans and layout ideas
Guidance for kitchen and bath design
Sourcing and selection of finishes and furnishings
Ordering samples for presentation purposes
Specifying paint colors
In person and phone conversations, texts and emails
Liaising and meeting with trades and vendors
Reviewing quotes and estimates from contractors and suppliers
Onsite appointments and walk-throughs
Anything you need help with, we got you covered.
